Order

All your orders are shipped within 24 hours (subject to available stock). Delivery times are then between 5 and 15 days after your order is handed over to the carrier.
You will be kept informed by email about the preparation and shipment of your parcel.

We send you a confirmation email a few minutes after your order is validated.
In this email, you will find a summary of your order as well as a link allowing you

to access your account and track the status of your order. Your order will go through the following
statuses: "Validated",

"Being prepared" and finally "Shipped".

When your parcel is handed over to the carrier, you will also receive a new email informing you
that your parcel has been handed over to the carrier, in which a tracking number will allow you to

track its journey.

How can I cancel or change my order?

Your order can be cancelled or changed before it is shipped; it is not possible to cancel or change
your order after it has been shipped. In fact, once payment is validated, your order

is sent for preparation so we can ship it as quickly as possible.

We accept payment by bank card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and
PayPal.

3 interest-free installments are not yet available on our Elohh website at the moment.

Make sure to check the validity date of your discount code. Also make sure you respect the letter case and enter your code without spaces. Remember to clear your browser cache. If your code works, a message will appear to confirm that your coupon has been applied. Codes cannot be combined: if you have several, only one can be used for your order. After following these steps, if the code still doesn’t work, feel free to contact Elohh’s online store customer service by email at contact@elohh.com.

Delivery

International deliveries are offered by suppliers.
Free home delivery.

Your order is prepared within a maximum of 24 business days, then handed over to the carrier according to the delivery method you chose. Delivery times are then between 1 and 15 days for the standard method after your order is handed over to the carrier.

Shipping times are a maximum of 24 business hours. This time corresponds to the time needed to
prepare your order (stock removal, checks, parcel preparation, packaging, labeling, etc.), then your order is handed over to the selected carrier.

We currently deliver worldwide.
What should I do if I’m not home at the time of delivery?
In this case, the parcel is delivered directly to your home and if you are not there at that time, a
delivery notice will be left in your mailbox. This notice indicates the time and day of the delivery attempt, as well as the post office where you can collect the parcel. You will then need to go to the indicated post office with the delivery notice left by the mail carrier and an ID to collect it. You then have 14 days; after that, the parcel will be returned to us.

If you still haven’t received your parcel and no delivery notice has been left, remember to
check the status of your parcel according to the delivery method chosen. You can also contact customer service by email at contact@elohh.com.

In these cases, please contact the online store’s customer service at contact@elohh.com before returning the item so they can give you instructions on the procedure to follow. It’s very simple: just contact contact@elohh.com.

Returns

To return ordered products, you have a period of thirty 15 calendar days from the day after the date you receive your order.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, with their label and any accessories; only items returned in their original condition will be accepted and refunded. Please make only one return per order: all items in your return must be in one single parcel per order. You must wait until the order has been fully delivered if it was delivered in several shipments/parcels. For any order placed on our website: elohh.com.

If you have a customer account, log in and submit your return request via the form available in your customer area > Section "My orders" > Click the link "Make a return"

If you placed your order without a customer account, you can submit your return request by creating an account now. If you have any difficulty when creating your customer account, you can contact our customer service.
When you create your account, your order history will appear in your customer area.

Want to return an order placed on our website elohh.com? No problem—your store takes care of everything! Have your order number ready and your store will handle the return of your parcel and your refund.

After submitting a return request, you can print your return label from the “Returns” tab under “Your orders” in the Elohh app or on elohh.com. Then stick
your return label on the outside of your parcel and send it by post to the nearest Mondial Relay or Chronopost agency within 15 days of your return request.

Returns are free for any order placed on our website.

Refund

Your refund will be made to the bank card used for payment by re-crediting it, under the description “elohh.com”, within 15 days from the date the parcel is returned.

We will also refund your order if the return is due to an error on our part; of course, reshipping costs will be fully refunded upon presentation of supporting documents information and services.
